How to shop online

Step 1
Browse our product range using the Product menu above.

Step 2
When you've decided what you want to order click the Add to Cart button next to the product You can order more than one product at a time by selecting "Continue Shopping" and repeating Step 2.

Step 3
Enter your details. The payment details must be the same as the delivery details to help us prevent credit card fraud.

Step 4
Pay online with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure payment window. This payment window will open in a popup window.

Payment information
You can pay online with your credit card using our secure payment window.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When purchasing products from 4Play on your credit card, we have ensured discretion by not having 4Play appear on your statement.

What's next?
You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order is sent to us via encrypted email to be processed.

Shipping & delivery information
The prices displayed on this site are all in Australian dollars (AU$).
For postage within Australia, freight is charged at AU$5.50 per order (regardless of size). Delivery will be within 10 days.

For overseas orders (outside of Australia), postage is charged as below (regardless of size):

• Orders* up to $50              $10.00 Postage
• Orders* $51 to $200          $20.00 Postage
• Orders* $201 to $500        $30.00 Postage
• Orders* $501 to $800        $40.00 Postage
• Orders* $801 plus              $50.00 Postage

* Price excluding freight.

At the checkout you must tick whether the order is to be sent within Australia or Overseas. The appropriate freight charge will be added to your order.
Your package will be delivered discreetly.

GST & Overseas Orders
All product prices include a 10% GST (goods & services tax).
Overseas orders are exempt from GST. This will be deducted from the total at the checkout.

Refund Policy
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will forward you a replacement. However due to the personal nature of these products, please choose very carefully as we cannot replace any items which you deem not to your liking or have had a change of mind about.

If a product has a manufacturing defect and you are returning it to us, you must include copy of order and receipt plus a brief description of the defect.

Our staff will then determine if it is defective and issue you with the replacement or equivalent if defect item is no longer available.
